يمّك (customer app)

1. Open يمّك and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

يمكم / يمّك - التاجر (provider app)

1. Open يمكم (يمّك - التاجر) and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
4. You cannot delete while a job is active — finish or cancel it first.

What is deleted

• Profile data (name, photo, phone linked to the account).
• Push tokens and device links for that account.
• For providers: documents, skills, and units are removed or deactivated.

We may keep anonymized or legally required transaction/job records for a limited period (e.g. completed-job history for the other party). Your account will no longer be active or usable.
